Production process
Raw materials & mixing
All raw materials are inspected with our standard, checking proportion accuraterly, then fed into a mixer and blend together.
2. Molding
The mixture is then poured into a mold and formed into slab sizes.
3. Pressing Slabs
The slab is then compacted by a special vacuum and vibration process at a pressure of 100 tones. The time for vacuuming and pressurizing will also vary depending onthe specifications and thickness of the design.
4. Curing slabs
After the vacuum pressure is applied. The curing time generally takes 40 to 60 minutes.
5. Polishing & Quality inspection
Make sure the slabs in correct condition before polishing. check the polish machine to make sure it goes correctly as required. Finally the slabs pass through quality inspection to ensure our customers receive a top-quality products.
